flying in over the water -

which has begun to melt - due to the warmer temps we've been having - nice for tootsie freedom - boo! although it's been very windy - and many tree limbs and branches have blown down - around the little lake - creating a sightly mess of things on the trail - causing the ducks and geese to lose their footing - no fun in that - but it does make for some fun photo ops if you can catch them - as they trip about - yet i feel bad - giggling at their expense - hopefully park personnel will be cleaning up the debris very soon - in the meantime - several of the ducks - have come to recognize me - flying to greet me as soon as i hit the trail at the edge of the lakeside - makes my heart sing - along with their wing songs - and certainly leads to...
