Chiswick Memorial Club, London

Hidden away in the back streets of Chiswick village, Afton House is this wonderfully stoic building. Donated as an ex-servicemen's club by the owners of the company that made Cherry Blossom boot polish, the Mason brothers. They started selling polish in their famous 'one penny tins' from 1906.
