bad start to the day!!

The local clinic was supposed to open at 6:30 this morning, but at 7:45 everybody including the staff and the doctor stood outside as nobody had a key and when they did find a key nobody had the code for the alarm.

Not one of the staff members wants to take responsibility for the key as this means they have to be early to open up. The sister in charge has no idea what and how to run a clinic....and she is the nicest person on this earth..I suppose this sums up what is happening all over my beautiful country.
