Basic Pastels

A primary school (elementary school) building in Middelharnis, 'Hurray-Overflakkee'. I think I would have happily gone to school in the old days if the building had looked like this AND if I had had the patience to notice it.

The countryside all over Zeeland was dappled and patched with sunlight today, really pretty to see.

Edit: Silver for Ireen (correct spelling!) Wüst, Bronze for Carien Kleibeuker in the 5000 m. = 5 km. speed skating event. That brings the medal count to 22! Unheard of for a country that doesn't even have any mountains to ski on. Some (jealous?) folks are calling it the Open Dutch Speed Skating Championships. The Dutch can imagine why ... but nevertheless do not agree.
