anti-ATOS protest

Health professionals, disablement campaign groups and disabled claimants held a demonstration in Edinburgh to protest against ATOS. The UK government replaced Incapacity Benefit with Employment Support Allowance and introduced a new medical test. It appointed ATOS, a French IT company to carry out these medical assessments which many people deem unfair and has led to seriously ill people being wrongly declared fit for work.
