Creek Life #5

Another trip down to the dhow wharfage but late again to catch the sunset! :(

SO glad it is Wednesday and nearly the weekend. This is the view looking the opposite side to this. A fishing boat in the foreground, cargo boats further back and beyond them, buildings on the Deira side of Dubai. The round one that looks like the Tower of Babel is really interesting. All in all, not a bad day! And we had a super sunset but we were in the car and not in the right place to get a decent blip picture.

I should have said for yesterday's blip - the picture was taken early in the evening long before the band were due on stage and the place did fill up by 8pm! It wasn't empty like that while Matt Marshak was playing.
