Referendum

The blip shows the Uptown Munich, with 146 metres the highest building in Munich. It is not the highest structure: that would be the Olympic Tower, but you can hardly classify a television tower as a building. Uptown Munich will keep its title as the highest building in the city for an indefinite period of time, as there was a referendum after the completion, which bans building any structures higher than 100 metres within the city limits.
