The path less trod
It's taken a while for the subtle attractions of snowshoeing to take hold, but here in the Pyrenees, on days like these, its proving to be a lot of fun.
We wandered along a ridge today, bumping across ring contours either side of the 2000m mark, all the while surrounded by the high mountains.
As assessment looms larger the group are becoming more confident in our skills and expertise, whilst tempered by the (perfectly natural) nerves and jitters of being judged by our peers.
I love spending time with good people who are good at what they do, and today I hope I passed on as much knowledge as I gained.
