Food periodic table

Or what I call food table for nerds like myself.
This picture is only a small portion of a gigantic poster covering an entire wall in a new healthy food restaurant. As in the chemical periodic table, every ingredient/element is defined by a two-letter code, in this case next to the picture of the ingredient. Of course, because I'm a scientist, I think it's pretty cool.
