Old Blue In Flight

The magnificent blue heron came again this morning...he took to flight quickly, and I was ready to capture a series of shots that show him in his splendor. To see the series, visit my FLICKR page:)

Later today a Merganser couple came to visit...I love them, but they were quickly spooked by an errant golf ball that landed next to them in the pond.
