February Challenges: Day 16 ........

P is of Puzzles. And also President's Day.

Technique: Blurred movement (slow shutter speed).

Since I do the Puzzles in the daily newspaper every day, this challenge was a cinch!

The hardest part was getting the blurred movement just right.
