Following Yo Mama Home

Went to Pascoe for chocolate milkshakes with C this morning. She's going to Barcelona to meet B and L. A month in Spain and Portugal. I might be a little bit jealous... and she's a bit excited.

Scored some CDs from her - Florence and the Machine, Mumford and Sons and the new Swell Season album. Plenty to keep me occupied on all the long drives to work this rotation.

Worked all afternoon. Baby factory there this afternoon. My day was a medley of put scrubs on, attend delivery, check on baby, hand baby back to parents, change dirty scrubs. Repeat. Throw in an asthma, an anaphylaxis, a gastro and a baby who needed respiratory support and there went the shift.

Drove home, Florence on the stereo, past all the roadworks behind a filthy truck with 'yo mama' scrawled on the back.
