My Me Day
Up about 7.30am brekki and then about 9 out into the garden to trim back a tree that was growing over the drive. Lost a little sweat (perspiration) and enjoyed getting out of the house.
Mid morning in for a herbal tea and then into the shower. Tidy clothes on, into the car, fill up with fuel and head to Pleasant Point.
Pick up my good friend G ( who has been overseas for 7 long years) and head to the Opihi winery for lunch and a long time coming, chat / catchup.
Such a beautiful day, no wind and plenty of sunshine - feel like I have had a good dose of a powerful Tonic.
So my Me day went very well.
