Delicate arches

I'm pretty sure that all these wall paintings are done by hand. There are, after all, multiple schools full of painters trained here to do this kind of work. It's perfect enough to be awe-inspiring and just different enough to make a stencil unlikely.

It is wet, cold and rainy out today, and the sudden change in the weather resulted in a nasty migraine this morning. I got nothing done, but did end up entering a photo contest that my husband has been trying to talk me into entering for months (deadline tomorrow, so maybe the rain and headache were meant to be).
