Mantis

Went to the pool again this morning. Got greeted again by Kimber, their lovely dog! Everyone is amazed he is still alive as he goes off a lot and runs through all the long grass so he is lucky that he hasn't been bitten by a snake or something.
Made cookies but put maple syrup in them so they looked completely different to Lucy's. There was a bit of a drama with the builders who are building a house next to the Sayers as there was an absolutely massive truck and it reversed into one of Duncan's trees.
Went to the dog beach with Max and Duncan and had a bit of a swim. Got a big scratch from another dog in the water. Duncan and I made a pasta bake for supper. Lucy and I didn't go on our run tonight!!

This picture is of a mantis, didn't know what it was until Jess told me! We were a little scared it was going to pounce on us as it stuck it's front feet up when we went close.
