Ulverston

I am coaching in Ulverston for the first time today. Very warm welcome from the team and a lovely environment.

Wet early on but it is brightening up and the sound of seagulls takes me back to summer holidays with grandparents many years ago. Reassuring somehow. Makes me think of my paternal grandmother. How I wish I could talk to her now and understand how she felt about things.
