Caged animal

The wee man woke in a better mood this morning and although his temperature was higher than normal, he seemed a bit brighter. Unfortunately, as the day went on, the wee man became more and more clingy, and he wouldn't give poor Nikki a moment's peace.

By the time I came home for lunch his temperature had settled but he still demanded every moment of our attention. So, to mix things up a bit, I took the afternoon off work and we all toddled off to the zoo. Granted, we didn't stay out long but the fresh air did everyone a world of good. Even better, we're now members of the zoo so we can return with the wee man whenever we want!

I'll keep saying it but hopefully he'll be much better by tomorrow.
