Yet again I spent most of my day in a meeting room at work. Someone even booked a meeting through lunch time.

I found a t-shirt in my wardrobe today that someone gave me for my birthday (pic). I can't believe I forgotten I had it. I'm definatly taking it snowboarding with me.

Tonight's run was 8.06km in 43mins 1second. I felt really strong on my run tonight probably because I've had 2 days rest.
