Results

Since the 2nd January I have been exercising in the house.....the crosstrainer, hooping, squats, situps and planks. I measured myself this morning and I can confirm that I have lost an inch from my hips and an inch from my waist......RESULT!!

My weight has not changed in this time and I am not dieting but so pleased that I am now beginning to see the change in shape thanks to the toning up of my core muscles which have been hidden since before the kids!

Now I have just got to keep it going until my holidays in JUNE!! Now that is going to be tough!
