be careful for the structure's blind spots

The elevated wood deck is a good solution for trail around the lake, for it is convenience to users and also low impact the drainage from the slopes around the lake. One of the problem is there are some blind spots under the elevated wood deck. Such as this picture, the rubbish just stay under it, and easy to be ignored from maintainers.
