Stranded

After a really nice gig, a few drinks and another late late night, this morning I had to make my way from Apeldoorn to Zeist, where my friend was giving a lecture at a meeting at the SGI-NL headquarters. It turns out that when the weekend trainline works are in operation that is easier said than done!

After standing on the freezing cold platform for an hour I finally managed to get on a train that was going in vaguely the right direction, and three trains and a lift from a kind SGI member later, I was at the meeting. Only 45mins late and I have to say, looking pretty rough!

I slept for most of the rest of the day :)
