We are the #GlasgowGirls

Who would have thought a musical about asylum, dawn raids & child detention could be one of the most uplifting things I've seen?!.

It's about much more than that but the cast & production need deserved the standing ovation they received tonight. If you're in Glasgow or it tours I can recommend Glasgow Girls.

It was summed up nicely by the chatty girl with the hearty laugh sitting beside me "people think us that go the Drumchapel High (school) are Neds, but we aren't." Aye, she's right, they're a positive force to be reckoned with.
