Pre-zumba Ritual

Most thursdays I go to my friend's Zumba class in St Albans. Usually, on the way there from work I stop by the Marks and Spencer cafe and get myself one of their taster meals, usually a pot of tea and an iced, spiced bun. I like the way the wood looks in the cafe decor and the angle of the wooden floorboards and the wood on the wall. It may well just be laminate but I like the effect.
