NYC popsicle

I almost forgot about taking this pic not too long ago (yep, a back blip!)...but I didn't forget about the deep freezing cold of that day ... in fact, I don't recall having seen the East River looking like a giant popsicle in many years...I felt like I lived in Russia all of a sudden!
