It's a serious business. Even Sandy Brechin realises this is a step up from whacking out the tunes he's been expertly playing for the past 20 years. The first band, mind, were a bunch of noodlers. Agreeable enough. And the final act which I could only stay to hear half of (the Bonzai Quartet), were horribly young. And why, dear blipreader, you ask, did I have to leave so prematurely. Aye, well, I had to be home to get my instructions. The brat pack arrive tomorrow, y'see. Oh Lordy. I better go and buy stuff.
