My City: Day 1222: Toronto

Well we have rain tonight...what a winter.

So this is one store's garbage. If we think of this taking place with this one store 52 weeks a year that is a lot of waste...not to mention what resources where used to create whatever was inside the boxes.

Now multiple that by all the stores in My City and that is a lot WASTE.

Now add all the household waste.

Now think of this taking place in every city and town etc. on earth every day of the year.

I know..6 billion people get up every morning and need to consume...consume resources and leaving waste behind.

Wonder how much longer this system can be sustained before it breaks down like so many other systems we have created that are becoming outdated?
