Crocus

After a very frosty start, the day has turned out very well with lots of sunshine although it is also still a little cold.

Breakfast out this morning with my daughter and granddaughter and then home to do some work. One of the builders visited this afternoon so that we could see another section of the balcony now that it has been painted; we are visiting his premises next week to have a look at how far the work has progressed.

Today’s blip shows these yellow Crocus which are blooming in one of our round brick flower borders at the front of the house; it also shows a bedraggled and eaten red Polyanthus!
