Delamere Forest

A day for a bike ride. The round trip to Delamere is 45 miles; well, I've got to get ready for the Tour de France. The day starts off in bright sunshine before the inevitable. My bike weighs almost twice as much with the camera, but, "needs must".
Delamere at half term is usually very popular, but this time there is a notice saying "Forest closed. Storm damage." The combined winds and rain have allowed the areas of bog to flourish.
