Today my sister, nephews and I decided to go to Burnham-on-Crouch, as we'd never been there before, plus we'd heard there were seals nearby! We had a walk along by the water, hoping to spot a seal (no luck today!), so just had to have chips, followed by large slices of cake instead. Whatever happened to last week's diet?

We stopped off at Maldon on the way home (forcing the young nephews to have another walk, when they wanted to get home to their 'gadgets'!) just as the sun was setting. A lovely day!
