Indecisive dinner plans

So in the fridge tonight we had stuff to make fajitas or bangers and mash, neither of which appealed, so we nipped to Tesco and bought some ingredients. I wanted to make baked aubergines with mozzarella and bacon in a tomato sauce, but they didn't have any aubergines! So then I decided to make tagliatelle with oozy cheese sauce and broccoli. They didn't have tender stem so I will have to make do with plain florets, but I'm hoping the taste will be just as good!
Today I am grateful for my Luke who took me out to choose what I wanted for tea.
