H and I have spent the day in Morecambe doing a first aid course for our sailing adventures. I did feel quite sorry for the trainer, it can't be easy training a doctor and retired nurse! but he was very affable and enjoyed discussing various topics and picking our brains!
I now have my 3rd certificate in my log book - quite a few to go though.....
