Remembering Paris- La Tour D'Eiffel

Not quite sure if that's the right French for 'The Eiffel Tower' but think it's something like that!

As a surprise the teachers decided not to tell us that upon coming up for the metro and turning the corner we would be faced with one of the world's most famous sights!

It was amazing and everyone loved seeing it. It's fair to say that I think everyone has at least 5 selfies with it. A member of the public even came, joined in and got in one of my selfies with Bryony and Chloe. There was also a massive cheer when the lights got turned on! We got some funny looks... The teachers tried to claim they had asked especially for the lights to be turned on when we were there!

It was also really cool when the flashing lights came on on the hour. That was when I managed to get this photo- I think it must have been either 11 or 12pm.
