U is for.... Umbrella's

Another hot day.
Tomorrow the record will be reached for the hottest spell on record since the 1800's.

We went down to the Marina a short while ago, for a drink at the Indie Brewhause.
The sea breeze had finally come in by 3pm and the temps had started to drop, the cloud is banking up, that's alway a good sign for a change in the weather.

Today's topic letter is "U"perfect for us! we need umbrellas for shade as well as rain

News on the Elephant seal that's been hanging around at Sorrento Beach since Tuesday
He decided to swim out at 3am this morning, he's well on his way now to his next destination, apparently it's quite common for the Southern Seal to do this from time to time also to stay around 4-5 days resting for his next leg of his journey.
He caused quite a stir with the locals and had to have a 24/7 vigilance to protect him and the people who came to see him, they can be aggressive, he was a young juvenile and weighed around 2 ton
Someone gave him the name "Stephen Sealberg" apparently he had a few hundred hits on twitter and Facebook.
Maybe someone should have thought to put an Umbrella up for him to shade him while he lay in the sun...
