Bike at the Gym

Whilst spinning away I noticed the sunlight on the bike wheels. At least this distracted me from the pain! When we'd packed away I took a few shots with my compact camera and then 'tweaked' the colours in Lightroom.

Now for shower and then my usual Saturday retail therapy which is mostly a lunch and glass of wine with my daughter!
