Rudston

This blip was taken on the Snowdrop Walk at Thorpe Hall Rudston, home of the MacDonald family. There were literally millions of snowdrops and I now have loads of pictures of snowdrops but it was the rows of really old trees and the iron railings that stood out together with the views over rolling pasture land.

Sad to see that the house, buildings and orangery have fallen into disrepair and looked quite desolate a candidate for one of those restoration programmes on TV maybe!
