Spoked ...

... a sunny Saturday ride ... the first in weeks ... much to my frustration my knee was playing up which meant I had a short outing ... so went for a swim afterwards ... as someone said later, "that's a biathlon." At least I can now feel less guilty about last night's knickerbocker glory for desert!
