Up early, dog walk, porridge and gym session. Home to an omelette and a trip to the vets. Too happy pooches afterwards.

I made venison stew from scratch today and we are about to eat it with roasted potatoes and red wine. Mmmmmm.

Paul has been fitting insulation to the loft roof. Messy. But it will be worth it...better be for his sake, after all that effort and spilt blood!
