What is it?

Snowy Farr was a street performer and fundraiser who could be found every weekend around Cambridge market square. This is a piece of memorial art showing Snowy's hat and some of the animals he showed in his act - a cat, mice, dogs and, sometimes I am told, a goat. He was a real character.
