Sunrise at Low Newton

Very early 6.30 ish. Unable to sleep so I walked down to the beach in my pyjamas. Nobody was about. Very peaceful only birds and the sea making noises. Stayed for about 3/4 hour then absoloutely frozen proceeded back to the house and back to bed.
