Lucky for Some

I had plans for today's blip.

There was a "mass demo" organised for today that was due to converge at the conference Centre across the road from my office. the place was crawling with police all week and this morning the road was closed with barriers and even more cops.

So all I was planning to do was to fall out of the front door at lunchtime and snap away at the hoards of demonstrators.

How disappointing then when at best there was about 30 of them. Hardly a mass. And there really wasn't much in the way of demonstrating going on.

So home for a quick dinner then off to the Concert Hall for the second time this week, this time for the very excellent Ladysmith Black Mambazo. Great energy and somewhat hypnotic music.

Back home and still without a blip for Friday the thirteenth. Can't get more lucky than rolling all those sixes.
