By the river

You wouldn't know it from the photo (which is again of Wick River), but we took a long drive today - out west past Dounreay then south to Helmsdale via Forsinard. And that's what it was, a drive - we didn't stop until we got to Helmsdale. We hadn't planned such a long drive, but there are no alternate routes once you get started down Strathalladale.
