365: Little Gull

Ever since I was a boy, and like many boys at a young age, I've always been fascinated by flying. Perhaps this is where my love of birds comes from? I used to help an old friend of the family out with his budgie aviary and often got the chance to hold these delicate little animals. It's incredible how light and fragile birds are yet how resilient and powerful they have to be for survival. Truly awesome!
