Shopping again

Oh dear, the sun went in... never mind...

Today Guy and I went into town to see if we could get his phone fixed, as it wouldn't charge up any more.

First phone shop: "We can't mend that, you need a new phone."
Second phone shop: "We can fix that. It'll cost £25 and take about a week."
Third phone shop. "Well it seems to be charging now... You can have this charger for a fiver..."

Which one would you go with?
