Rouge Rue View

I was up bright and early for my usual Saturday 8am body attack, running a tad late as usual and sprinted out the door. Didn't even get to the car because I slipped and stacked it onto my hand and arm. Was a bit upset so I gathered myself and returned to the indoors to ice my wounds.

Hence I missed my class and went for a long run instead and this is the view on my return home just at the end of my road. Love it! Especially in the summer when the odd cruise liner visits out waters.

Lovely day except for losing to the crapauds in the u21 muratti. We lost 2-0. Enough said.
