Beachrun

The plan was to have a trailrun weekend in the Ardennes, Belgium. This appeared not to be possible. For compensation and because the weather was so nice I did a run on the beach. It was from the Hook to Kijkduin (Netherlands) and v.v. All in all almost 24 km. On the wayback the wind was quite strong around 4-5 Bft, but of course I had the advantage in the first part.
In Kijduin I also could buy my favourite tea: Jasmin.
