Passing the torch

This photo really represents a new stage for Arthur and Annie. Annie is becoming a real little person and Arthur is having to get used to her all over again. She is playing on a mat that encourages babies to reach up. Arthur's Great Grandpa got this for him and here he can't quite bear to let Annie have this to herself. Helen also got down the jumperoo which just seemed so strange given that we put if away around October last year.
Helen went out for a meal with Vicky today and I was left with the joys of both of the two little ones. Not easy but then I don't have to do this every day. Helen had a lovely meal and came back well fed from an afternoon spent at the Plough. One day left before school beckons once more.
