Patterns in the sand

The beach here is in places very flat and water flows in such away that sands and muds of all different colours are separated to form intricate patterns. Each beach has it's own colours and I love the abstractness of it all. I have yet to capture the real magic of these patterns, so will have to do more work to get a good result. But maybe this image will forever be elusive and I will have to get my fix by wandering the sands, enjoying them for real.
