We're having to change the dressing twice a day to keep it clean, dry and stop him licking it.
He's already managed to get one stitch out and another bit is looking a little dodgy.
We have the vet in Monday and he's still on antibiotics so well make it through tomorrow and then they can assess it properly.

I'm sure it'll be fine.
