View from Cramond island
It was quite a decent day today, sunny spells and generally not too breezy. The exception being out on Cramond Island. The island is joined to the mainland by a causeway, accessible 2 hours either side of low tide. Today, low tide was just after 12:00, so the place had plenty of visitors. We had good views from the high point south to the Pentlands, and the water sparkled in the sun. We cycled down on the cycle path and then back along the esplanade and up to the Red Bridge where we rejoined a cycle path. A good trip.
In other places Scotland actually played half decent rugby and had a squeaky bum win over Italy. I may be wrong about the wooden spoon :)
