Valentines Dinner

Much longer sleep last night which I think was needed - and after work it was off to M's for dinner - he made the starter (pictured) of Haloumi and Pepper skewers, I made the main - grilled cod with a caribbean salsa followed by M's Bailey's chocolate fondue - ummmmm! Oh and we finally opened the bottle of Ice Wine bubbly M bought me for my birthday last year (little disappointing but glad I tried it).

Oh and I got my flowers - M bought me them on Wednesday - 12 red roses - he said the reason for them was he was trying to be more romantic - works for me :-) oh, and did I mention the candles - I am feeling very spoiled!
